Lina is Assistant Professor in the Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship track at the Olayan School of Business, American University of Beirut.

Prior to this, she was a Lecturer at City University where she taught Research Design and Statistics, Psychometrics and other Organisational Behaviour subjects. Lina also obtained her MSc in Organisational Behaviour in 2003 and pursued a PhD at City University’s Psychology department.

Lina’s research focuses on the cross-cultural adaptation of work-based personality questionnaires into different languages and cultures.

Her fluency in Arabic, French, and English played an important role in directing her academic and professional orientation. During her studies, Lina received a full scholarship from the Department of Psychology at City University and an additional research support funding from the Psychometrics Centre, Cambridge Assessment. 

Lina has also been a Level A and Level B trainer for several years and has run these courses for the Psychometrics Centre in London and Dubai. She now continues to run Level A courses in Dubai and plans to expand further in the Middle East.
